Questions
What counts as a rooftop?
A dealership site with its own stock: one address, one yard. A group with three yards has three rooftops. Your logins can be limited to the rooftops each person works at.
Do my staff each need their own subscription?
No. Users are unlimited. If your dealership is already on MotorMetrics, ask your manager to send you an invite from the app and you're in, on the rooftops you work at.
Do dealer groups pay per site?
Yes, $499 a month for each rooftop, with unlimited users across them. With five or more rooftops, talk to us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 14 days are free, then it's $499 a month per rooftop. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you pay nothing.
How long is the early-access price?
$499 a rooftop is the price until our first 20 rooftops are on; after that the standard price is $799. If you join during early access, you keep $499 for as long as you stay.
What does cancel anytime mean?
You pay month to month. Tell us before your next month starts and you won't be charged again. There's no lock-in contract and no exit fee.
What do lookups cost?
A PPSR search is $4, a rego or VIN lookup $1 and a registration check 50c, and the app shows the price on the button before you search. Valuing a car you pick from the catalogue costs nothing.
Is GST included?
The subscription is in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Lookups are charged at the prices shown in the app.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your stock to CSV at any time. Your notes, targets, purchase price rules and appraisals belong to your dealership; tell us and we delete them.
